At Unique Castors, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our wheels, castors, wheelbarrows, and related products. Our refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be provided for purchases made on our e-commerce website.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only for products purchased directly from the Unique Castors website. Refunds are applicable to only defective products. We don't accept exchanges. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.

2. Product Condition

Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened, and with all original packaging and tags intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned product (e.g., wheels, castors, or wheelbarrows) is damaged, used, or not in its original condition.

3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team via email at sales@uniquewheels.co.ke or +254 740 597 608 with your order number and the reason for the refund. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving the returned product.

4. Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping is free for defective products. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returning products, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. All products must be returned to our store at Unique Castors, Shop 12, Industrial Area Plaza, Enterprise Road, Nairobi, Kenya.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items, such as custom-made wheels, downloadable software, gift cards, and perishable goods, are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product (e.g., a wheelbarrow with a faulty wheel or a defective castor), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, as applicable.

7. Refunds to Original Payment Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

8. Changes to Refund Policy

Unique Castors reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kenya.
